1.How can I book?
You can book online, by phone and by email. We will ask you for details regarding the transfer such as flight details and arrival/pick up times, destination address details, passenger contact information and luggage amount.
2.What’s the latest I can book my transfer with Belga Cab?
You may book your transfer online or by phone up to 24 hours before the pick up/ arrival time.
All Bookings 24/7 must be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

3.How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking online with no charge within 48 hours in the "Control PANEL" using the details contained on your confirmation email. you can also cancel your booking by calling us on +32 499 19 59 59,Once we receive your cancellation request we will process your cancellation and you will receive a cancellation confirmation.
4.How can I make changes to my booking?
You can make changes to your booking free of charge online, within 48 hours by email or by phone. For last minute changes please contact the contact number provided in your booking confirmation email.
5.Where is the meeting point in the airport?
The driver will be waiting inside the arrivals Hall of the airport, holding a sign showing the passenger name provided.
6.What if I can't find my driver?
The contact details of the driver will be communicated to you one day prior of your service.If you can't locate your driver, please call the telephone number of your driver provided on your update email.
7.What happens if my flight is delayed ?
For Airport pickups your driver will wait for 60 minutes free of charge, and ll others pickups include a free 15 minutes.
Your flight will be monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time.
8.How many Km are included in the hourly rate ?
20km per booked hour.
9.My flight details have changed, do I need to inform you?
Please inform us of any changes to your flight schedule as soon as possible and we will update your reservation. There is no charge for making changes to your flight details.
10.Do you provide child seats?
Child seats are available on request for Free. Please inform us in advance. You can select the number of seats required on the booking page.
11.Will I receive the exact vehicle that i choose?
You will always receive a vehicle that you booked, however if the Business MB E Class is not available, we offer other options of the same or better category (MB V Class or MB S Class) at the same price.
12.What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
13.What happens if I don't make payment on time?
Your online booking will be automatically cancelled after 30 minutes if the payment is not received.
